of the many areas in which wendys contributes to the community one of which is the High School Heisman program... this program has created scholarships for high school student athletes since 1994...

"more than 136,000 high school nominated students have been touched by the Heisman mystique. Of them, 145 have progressed to the National Finalist level, with 24 earning the designation of Wendy’s High School Heisman National Award Winners."

this scholarship is advertised every year in ESPN and SI magazines, which gives these kids alot of recognition going towards college, this scholarship covers many sports in various regions around the country...

this is just another great program offered by the wendys corporation, they give a lot back to every community in which they are involved... from top to bottom it seems to be a solid corporation
