Wendy's has just sent out a press release announcing their anual meeting of shareholders. It will be held Thursday april 26th at 9 a.m. e.t. The meeting will be held live broadcast over the internet. Shareholders are asked to log into a website if they would like to attend. The website is http://www.wendys-invest.com
